Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These are the rules for using Trivot at playtrivot.com. Playing the game means you agree to them.
The game
Trivot is a free daily word puzzle. 3 Trivots a day, new set every day at midnight Eastern. You can play without an account. An account saves your stats and puts you on the leaderboard.
Your account
You need to be 13 or older to create one. One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your login. Pick a username that isn't someone else's name, a brand, or something you wouldn't say in front of your mom. We can change or remove any username at our discretion, and we'll usually tell you why.
Fair play
Don't cheat. That includes using scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or anything that reads the answer before you've earned it. If we think you're cheating, we can wipe your scores or close your account. Leaderboard rank is for bragging rights. It isn't a prize and it doesn't carry any value.
Our content
The puzzles, the name Trivot, the mark, and the design are ours. You can share your scores, screenshots, and the daily share card anywhere you like. Please don't copy the puzzle pool or rebuild the game.
Availability
We'll do our best to keep the game running and the puzzles fresh, but it's a free game run by a small team. It might go down, change, or end. We're not liable for lost streaks, missed days, or anything else that comes from using the game. It's provided as-is.
Ending things
You can delete your account anytime from your profile. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll update the date at the top and say so in the game. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
